July 23, 2026 · Outlook, Deep Clean, and Outreach Source Removal

• Sieve now connects to Outlook as well as Gmail, and classifies, labels, and files mail the same way on both.
• Deep Clean handles the mail that arrived before Sieve started watching. Bulk Sweep clears old newsletters and recurring clutter, and Smart Scan reviews cold outreach and one-off clutter.
• Outreach Source Removal finds the sales-data sources that hand out your address, prepares the removal requests, and tracks follow-up. Nothing is sent until you authorize it.
• Breach monitoring checks your connected addresses against known data breaches, shows what was exposed in each one, and rechecks every week. Pro plans only.
• Mailing-list cleanup, Deep Clean, and Outreach Source Removal are now separate tools in the dashboard, each with its own scan and its own review step.
• Plans are now Basic, Pro, and Team. Basic covers one inbox with Smart Unsubscribe and Bulk Sweep. Pro adds a second inbox, Smart Scan, Outreach Source Removal, and breach monitoring. Team adds one admin dashboard and shared billing for every member. Annual billing saves 15%.

• The new Blog brings together practical guides for stopping spam, building Gmail filters, managing an inbox, and choosing anti-spam tools.
• New comparison pages explain how Sieve differs from SaneBox, Clean Email, Mailstrom, and other inbox tools.

• Smart Unsubscribe now finds recurring mailing lists, lets you keep or stop each sender, and files future mail from lists you stop.
• The referral page now makes rewards, pending referrals, and remaining free months easier to understand and includes direct sharing options.
• Sieve now confirms when a referral becomes a paid subscription and a free month is earned.

• History can now be searched by sender or subject without putting private search terms in the page URL.
• The dashboard now shows mailing-list cleanup separately from ordinary filtering, with an explicit scan before suggestions appear.

• Recent classifications now explain each decision in plain language.
• You can correct a recent classification directly from the dashboard by switching its label.

• The dashboard was reorganized around Overview, History, Contacts, Corrections, Settings, Referrals, and Team pages, with a consistent inbox switcher.
• History now includes all classified mail, supports pagination, and can combine activity across connected inboxes.
• Contacts and corrections now stay in sync across a user's connected inboxes.
• A second inbox inherits the primary inbox's preferences and skips the initial backfill scan.
• Referrals now show earned credits, invited friends, and the effect of credits on the next bill.

• Sieve began watching connected Gmail inboxes and filing cold sales pitches, recruiter spam, phishing, impersonation, and other dangerous mail under reviewable labels instead of deleting it.
• Sign-in and Gmail access were separated into clearer steps so people can review the connection before filtering starts.
• Common unwanted-email categories are selected by default during onboarding and can be changed before the first scan.
